The Worktag “WORKTAG: GR026551” must appear on all invoices, packing slips, and shipping documents. Border delays will occur with packages lacking this information. Please ensure only deliveries to the RNA & Formulation Core contain this Worktag information, otherwise they will be rejected.
It is strongly recommended that the shipper sends a pre-alert to Thompson Ahern.

Vendors are be encouraged to provide (where applicable): purchase order number, and UBC contact person (Andrew Varley <andrew.varley@msl.ubc.ca>) as well as shipment information, carrier, tracking number and documentation to allow for set up prior to shipment arrival.
For customs purposes, a Canada customs invoice or commercial invoice is to be attached to the carrier’s waybill. Where applicable, UBC’s purchase order number or account number must be referenced on the invoice and the country of origin is required for each item.
If goods qualify under CUSMA (formerly NAFTA) “certificate of origin” must accompany the shipment.
